After shampooing, apply Forever Blonde Conditioner to clean, damp hair, focusing on mid-lengths and ends.
STEP 2
Distribute evenly using fingers or a wide-tooth comb. Leave on for 1–3 minutes, adjusting timing based on desired toning.
